Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks Requisition food and kitchen supplies Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Prepare and submit reports Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres Supervise and check assembly of trays Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Employment terms options Evening Employment terms options Morning Day Weekend Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English or French Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
